American Federal Bank is actively seeking a self-motivated and relational team player to join its Fargo South Sales Office. This full-time benefited position is an integral part of the Sales Office support and service team, is customer service focused and provides a wide range of teller-type duties.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Build long-term, personal relationships to meet client needs
• Complete deposit, loan, and cash-handling transactions
• Solutions focused in assisting clients with questions and resolving problems as they arise
• Identify sales opportunities and referrals to Sales Bankers and Registered Representatives
• Support and service of consumer and business relationships
• Maintain operational accuracy and compliance within established bank policies and procedures and applicable governmental regulatory laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
• This position must work 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturday shifts
