Fence Installers

Job Description:

Seeking full-time Fence Install Laborers for our growing Fargo, North Dakota office. The Fence crew will work together to install a variety of fencing products for homes, businesses, and other industrial and commercial customers. A successful candidate must have a positive attitude and a team mentality. Installation and repair of all types of commercial and residential fence projects throughout the region. Projects range in size from small residential plans to large commercial and DOT projects.

The job duties of this position are:

• Assist the foreman installing fencing products

• Using hand/power tools to install fences

• Working in outside conditions during the summer

• Sign detailing via Screen printing/digital printing/vinyl lettering

• This position does include occasional travel out of the F/M area - per diem will be included for those days and if there is an overnight stay the cost of a hotel is covered

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work out of town overnight if needed

• Ability to work in outdoor elements

• Some hand/power tool experience is a plus

• Need to be able to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing

• Need to have a good sense of teamwork
