As a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success.

You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager and cover West Texas and New Mexico on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and leading a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding the customer base. Your ability to build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

MUST HAVE: • 5 years’ experience in direct selling

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
