Senior Project Manager

Job Description

The purpose of project management is to manage risks & issues, plan, organize and control project activities to ensure project is delivered in accordance with timeline, budget, and client expectations.

As a member of GlobalView Project Services team, you are responsible for preparing, planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of projects within ADP GlobalView HCM Solutions. You are focused to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets. The project manager follows ADP’s defined project methodology and manages client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project. You should have the ability to manage and lead a remote team of people for the purposes of achieving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of complex projects / programs to ensure successful delivery of the project scope, within timelines and budget

• Ability to identify and manage risks and issues at program level

• Effectively communicate relevant project status updates to stakeholders (internal and external)

• Ensure that project documentation and administration is stored and maintained in accordance with ADP quality management requirements during project lifecycle

• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction

• Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solution.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Advanced verbal and writing abilities in the English language(additional French language skills are a plus)

• Advanced skills in project management principles, execution, and controls

• Ability to impact the direction of a project / program, by influencing client decisions, negotiation skills and conflict handling

• Front person / role model / mentor for other project managers in expertise and execution

• A minimum of 5 years formal project management experience on complex projects / programs.

Note: location for this role is preferably Prague, following ADP's hybrid working model (per week minimum 3 days working from the office and maximum 2 days from home).
