Mobile Communications America IT Developer - East Coast in Spartanburg, South Carolina

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Azure SQL Developer in to support our growing C entral team. The position must be located in Atlanta, GA, Spartanburg / Greenville, SC, or Charlotte, NC.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Develop and maintainAzure SQL databases, tables, and stored procedures

  • Use Azure Data Factory / Synapse to ingest, transform and load various data sources

  • Analyze data for accuracy and build safeguards to maintainaccuracy

  • Design and implement data models and design schemas that align with business objectives

  • Optimize SQL queries for improved performance and scalability

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define database solutions

  • Ensure data integrity and security through rigorous testing and validation processes

  • Troubleshoot database issues and implement effective solutions

  • Create documentation and provide technical support to end-users

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SQL development and Azure

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Proven experience as aAzure SQL Developer

  • Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

  • Strong understanding of ETL principles techniques

  • Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
